Don't Wrestle Over this Decision

Wrestlers on the Mat

Stillwater is the home of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame, America's shrine to the history and heritage of wrestling, as well as a venue to celebrate new achievements in the sport. Located less than a mile from our Stillwater hotel, at the Wrestling Hall of Fame visitors can tour different exhibits that highlight various aspects of the history of wrestling, including notable local wrestlers, as well as Latino American and African American wrestlers who made lasting impacts on the sport. There is also an exhibit dedicated to the 1948 Olympic wrestling team, which comprised eight hall of famers who brought home gold in wrestling for the first time since 1936. So if you're a fan of wrestling or just a history buff, the National Wrestling Hall of Fame is a fascinating look at the history and greats of the sport.
