Life in a college town can be very exciting, and if you’re anything like us, excitement can easily and unexpectedly turn into stress. Luckily, for the rest of the month of May, you can join longtime yoga instructor Carol Bender at the OSU Botanic Garden on Wednesday evenings from 5:45 to 6:30 for some restorative self-care amid the serene blossoming of spring.
